LABELWORKS operates on a made-to-order basis to ensure quality and minimize waste. Processing times vary based on project specifics, and estimated timelines will be shared upon order confirmation.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options
We offer both Standard Shipping and UPS Express Saver options, with costs calculated based on order weight, destination, and chosen service. For UPS Express Saver, delivery times are as follows:
- EU: 2-3 business days
- Rest of the World: 5-7 business days
All countries outside the EU (including the UK) may incur local taxes and duties, which are not included in the shipping price and may affect delivery times. Customers are responsible for these fees upon delivery. LABELWORKS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For any issues upon transit or delivery, please contact the courier directly.
Shipping Modifications and Returns
Shipping is non-refundable, and customers are responsible for re-shipping costs on returned packages. For address changes, please contact our customer service.
International Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of LABELWORKS products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if there are issues with product quality or specifications, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
