Customization techniques applied through a studio-led product development process
Embellishment at LABELWORKS is not a standalone service. It is an integrated part of how we develop, refine, and finish products, whether through fully custom development or by customizing our Studio Blanks.
Screen-print
We use an automated M&R Sportsman printing machine with high-definition mesh at 120 lines per cm². This allows us to print up to 10 eco-friendly colors with industry-leading quality and durability.

DTF (Direct to Film)
The Kornit Storm HD6 piezo-electric ink-jet printer uses water-based biodegradable inks certified with OEKO-TEX Eco Passport for natural materials. Sublimation printing is used for synthetic materials.
Embroidery
Our Tajima machine features 12 automated heads and uses certified ISACORD embroidery thread, which is resistant to industrial washing and drying. It can embroider up to 9 colors.
A Studio-Led Process
LABELWORKS is built around authorship. Products are developed in the studio, where decisions around form, material, and intent are made deliberately. Production is not outsourced blindly. It is managed through long-term partnerships, with the studio maintaining control over direction and outcome from start to finish.
