What products can I customize with your service?
We offer premium blank apparel including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and socks that are ready for customization. All our products are made from high-quality materials like stretch cotton and brushed cotton blends, designed for comfort and durability.
What's the minimum order and how much will it cost?
Our minimum order quantity starts at 50 pieces per design. The exact cost depends on the product type, customization method, and order size. We provide detailed estimates during our initial project assessment phase.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
The complete process typically takes 4-6 weeks from start to finish. This includes design consultation, production, quality testing, and shipping. Timeline may vary based on order complexity and size.
Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days for EU, 5-7 days for US and rest of the world. Please note that all countries outside the EU, including the UK, may be subject to local taxes and duties, which are not included in the final price.
Shipping and customs fees may also impact the estimated delivery time. Any customs fees imposed must be paid by the customer upon delivery of the goods.
What customization options do you offer?
We provide multiple customization methods including screen print, DTF print, digital print and embroidery. See our Capabilities page for more details. Our in-house design team can also create custom graphics tailored to your brand if you need design assistance.
How does each product come packaged?
Each product is carefully folded and sealed in a protective cellophane bag that creates a moisture and dust barrier, ensuring product integrity throughout the supply chain. Every item includes a size identification sticker for easy inventory management, and all products are securely packed in sturdy cardboard boxes (60x40x40cm) for safe transportation and storage.
